Prohibitions

• Reverse engineering Laravel routes, brute forcing authentication surfaces, poisoning logs, injecting malware payloads, harvesting email addresses mechanically without permission.
• Scraping for competitive extraction without attribution when copyright applies to bespoke copy.
• Falsifying origin headers, spoofing personas, circumventing geopolitical embargo lists when relevant.
• Attempting outage-generating concurrency attacks or cryptominer embedding.

Intellectual property

Typography systems, illustrative widgets, dashboards, photography, cinematic captures, authored paragraphs, transcripts of meetings, aggregated SEO guidance (unless quoting third-party brands under nominative doctrine) constitute Archi FX copyright or licensed materials. Trademark usage remains governed by bilateral agreements; nothing implicitly grants reseller rights absent signature.

Third-party integrations

Mirrors may load externally hosted fonts, CDN assets, mirrored Elementor-derived CSS originating from archival WordPress paths, or sanctioned widget scripts. Evaluate their policies separately; interruptions because providers deprecate endpoints do not single-handedly impose liability shifts unless mandatory law states otherwise.

Indemnification

Visitor indemnifies Archi FX, officers, subcontractors from third-party allegations arising substantially from wrongful visitor conduct enumerated above, misuse of leaked credentials wrongly attributed inbound, deliberate misrepresentations triggering regulatory ire, unlawful procurement of scraped data.

Limitation of liability

To the widest extent enforceable Archi FX aggregate yearly liability stemming specifically from gratuitous informational site surfing caps at one hundred USD or local equivalent unless higher floors accompany paid procurement vehicles. Certain jurisdictions outlaw liability ceilings; carve-outs elevate only as far as minimally allowed.

Governing law, venue

Florida substantive law adjudicates substantive matters when visitors lack contrary mandatory consumer shields. Venue lies in Tampa Bay-aligned county Florida state or federal divisions unless Hague rules reposition arbitrations spelled inside separate master agreements.
